Haolang Pipeline Coke Cleaner is a new energy-saving product primarily designed to remove tar, ash, impurities, and other residues from gas generator pipelines. It is particularly effective for already clogged pipelines.
This agent is a solid compound made from combustibles, catalysts, oxidizers, decomposers, penetrants, cleaning agents, and various high-molecular inorganic compounds through processes such as crushing, mixing, and drying. Its unique high-precision fully synthetic formula effectively loosens and removes tar, ash, and impurities from the pipelines, allowing them to flow into the pipeline water seal and ultimately achieving smooth pipeline operation.
After using this agent, the frequency of boiler shutdowns for cleaning can be reduced, manual cleaning efforts are minimized, and gas production increases, thereby achieving energy savings and emission reduction.
Usage and Dosage: This product can be added directly with the coal. The dosage is one-thousandth of the coal used. If the clogging is severe or it is the first time use, the dosage should be 2-3 times the normal amount.
Precautions: 1. Once the boiler starts using the pipeline coke cleaner, it must be used consistently, and effects will begin to show after 15 days.
          2. This product is weakly alkaline; avoid handling it with bare hands and do not inhale dust or let it enter the eyes.
Packaging and Storage: Packed in woven bags of 25kg. Store in a cool, dry place, avoid high temperatures, baking, or direct sunlight, keep away from fire sources, and protect from moisture. If caking occurs, crush with a wooden stick; do not use metal tools to strike or impact. Valid for 3 years.
